Your arty guide Gill Fisher will introduce you to unique galleries and studios, some hidden away in historic buildings. It’s a chance to meet the gallery owner or artist and learn about some of Dunedin and NZ's finest art and contemporary jewellery.
This tour is available on Fridays from 2.00 – 4.30pm Morning tours can be arranged if required. Minimum group 2 people, Maximum 10 people. Bookings essential.
Walk the Talk specialises in partner programmes for Conferences. We work with your Conference organiser or directly with you.
Our fashion and jewellery experiences are designed to give people a personal introduction to the people working in the industry. The size of the group is important for this interaction to work well and have enough guides to ensure that groups do not exceed the maximum of 10 people.
However, if you want to keep your group together we can discuss other options with you.
We are reliant on designers and jewellers opening their personal workspaces for us, so we do need time to organise the itinerary and need confirmation of numbers as early as possible in order to schedule the guides.
Another activity option is Lesley Hirst’s one day art course situated in her beautifully restored boatshed on the Otago Peninsula with lunch provided.
